Well, regular gas (87 octane) is around $1.15 per gallon in Los Angeles, and there are just under 4 liters per gallon, so around $0.28 per liter, including tax. Premium (92 octane, I have not seen 95 octane for years) is around $1.45 per gallon, about $0.36 per liter.
