If it's 100 million on a fully diluted basis, they would have to do a reverse split. The upside would be limited with this many shares out. I will stay away from this company for now. I will take a shot if it ever gets under a buck. They need to become a reporting company so we can see the structure of the deal before this stock is taken seriously. I would take profits and trade this stock on any run up. I would ask Glenn, how many shares are out. And where the cash is coming from for the next year of operations. Good luck all.
