Some clarification on the patents: deSecur has been granted the international patent approval and has it registered with the EC. This covers 82 countries but deSecur must pay for registration of the patent in each country or region who participates in the patent covenant. This can be up to tens of thousands of dollars in some Asian countries and will be handled as the markets dictate. Partners such as GMCC in China may register the patent for deSecur. The registration of the patent is important for enforcement purposes but that won't be a factor until they get the product into production and distribution in those areas. BTW, Suzie invited me (and other investors) to participate in their meeting on DEC 14th. I don't plan to attend at this point as that's all the way in Quebec from Seattle. If any of you are in the area, please make the trip. They will demonstrate the product by letting everyone try it themselves. They also will explain where they plan to take the company in terms of structure and what the time frame is for production, etc. I encouraged them to invite the technology investment community as well.
