Makes you think that ACWA will probably compromise to avoid the press and keep the process going. No doubt the other corporations will be afraid the a review may cause them to lose their awards and they may need the money sooner than later. Now the politics come in to play. Since ACWA wants to see others added on, we can speculate that CXi may be the first addition. Especially since GAO has reversed itself, which is rare and indicates that they made a gross oversight. CXI must have a very strong case and good lobbying suppot.

Hope to see a rise after tax loss selling finishes, or maybe the follow-up release.
