You are right....they have a good shot....but you have to be patient.
Things most likely will not get going until January when they do the rollback, financing, and actual work on the property. The way Winspear has been heating up, I think RMLL is a fun stock to have in the portfolio. I have about 500,000 shares :) just for fun! Who knows....they do a bit of work and find something I'll make a million :) Hey....you can't fault a guy for dreaming!
