I do not see why people have fuss. My local cable company often
delevers no singnal or noised signal. And I am still waiting to
see if any lawyer will lead a class suit.

I have been experiencing with Sprint/MCI the problem that I cannot
place an internation call during peak hours. No body has led a suit
for the fact that they do not have enough lines rented (from ATT?).

The problem I see in AOL is the legal aspect of their contents, such
as image, sound, movie, etc.. Which I believe MSFT will have
similar problem when their on-line services reach the same level.
Apparently AOL has done well so far to get printed materials such
as US News, etc., and it is big/popular enough to attract important
partners in travelling service, stock trader, etc which are
family/individual oriented.

Of course Bill Gates can always choose to quit if his Office 97
is good enough by itself. AOL has only one bet.
