Checkfree stock sold off earlier today accompanied by news that Furman Selz was handling a large block for a seller. The facts are:

1. On November 30th, Intuit filed a Form 144 showing an intention to sell 325,000 shares of Checkfree, naming Furman Selz as the selling broker.

2. Intuit had to sell these Checkfree shares to stay under the required 20% holding level after Checkfree bought back it's own shares last October.

3. The 325,000 shares have already been sold by Furman Selz a few days ago and are not overhanging the market.

The whole thing would appear to be a non-event in my opinion.
