I got the exact same e-mail last night. I called Customer Service right away, and the guy told me he didn't see anything like that in my account. He told me I could just forward the e-mail to the feedback address and have them look at it. I tried to do that, but got a "host server not found" message or something like that. So anyway, I've been unable to let CCI know about it, other than telling the Customer Service guy who was just as perplexed as I was.
