RE: NSPK, If you believe there is a lot of support at 12, then I would say that this is resistance now, with the stock at 11 5/8.
I see support at 10.5-11 area. If you are looking for an entry, I would wait a few days to shakeout what is happening and if a further upmove is likely. Many times, news will drive the stock up, big volume occurs, and often it is selling on the news. If more news will be coming, then perhaps it is an entry.

The stock has more than doubled from the 5 level in October and there is just an announcement with Motorola. It is moving up nicely but if you were holding at 5 and it climbed, you may be selling at 13, big volume.
