As for NS/Cyrix: they will mass produce MediaGX-300 Mhz using 0.25 uM by the end of the year (month that is ;))

Q1 99 they will release 333, 350, 375 and 400 Mhz Mxi, using 0.18 uM and Super-7 and with on-die L2 cache!!!! no mention of
how big the L2 cache will be though

Q4 99, M3 using Jalapeno core will be released, starting from 600 Mhz and going as high as 800 Mhz
