Colleen, Are you sure Wall Street Financial (i.e. Tony) was paid in convertibles? I don't think so. He probably got 1 million shares with performance and minor time restrictions (which probably have either been met or passed already). My understanding is that all the PR people had sold their positions long ago. I think the convertible instrument is held by a third party, only loosely affiliated with WSF through past business dealings. Basically, someone that Tony set up with Dave as a referral.
