Did anyone read the proxy letter dated Nov 24th - If I am not mistaken, it says that one of the issues to be voted on at the stockholders meeting is to increase the amount of outstanding shares to 100 million from its current base of 25 million - Are we voting on a 4 for 1 stock split...and with earnings right before - I would have to guess that they might be pretty damn good, maybe including other news, to give us a run-up that would lead to a 4 for 1 split vote as opposed to a 2 or 3 for 1 split... Any thoughts..
