Crossy, I am not familiar with MMC's insnet. Are the policies available there sold without the standard commission for agents? Is the customer service enhanced to allow the user to view his/her policy, claims history, change of address, etc.? Does the insnet system save the insurance companies it partners with money on data processing, and help them manage their loss ratio by underwriting better? healthaxis.com will do all of the above, which is why I ask.
