Agreed, newbies should make every effort to educate themselves in trading techniques and chart reading, learn the basics and stay away from volatile issues. Also, if your stock has gone up, think about taking that profit off the table, it is better than hanging on and watching your profit go down the toilet, I went all cash at 10:20 this morning..... watching and waiting :>)
