I did not say I would never buy stocks with p/e over 20 what I am saying is I would only pay 20-25 times (p/e) 2000 earnings on a stock that is growing at around 6% in this market. If the stock was growing at 20-30% I would pay 20-40 times earnings in this market. XIRC by industry estimates is projected to grow at 6% form 99 to 2000. Therefore I believe all the upside is priced into this stock and I would not risk buying at these levels.

I only have a limited amount of capitial and I want the best risk to reward ratio I can find and this stock does not meet my objectives. Sorry if this bursts the xirc bubble but, the easy gains have been made and I sold at 30. I would rather leave money on the table than risk losing it.
