Many longs will be engaged in tax loss selling and many shorts will wait until Jan. to take gains. I also suspect that the delay in the earnings is due to a Y2K accounting type "bug" in their SW. <G> Can you believe it is now 10 weeks after the end of the Q and still no earnings (loss) report.
