I usually agree with you. But the ipo is imho not the big payoff. I view this investment as a 1 to 2 year hold with a series of events to unfold over time. The 800# both isdn and individual (which are two different businesses) giving huge immediate cash flow and might allow frank NOT TO IPO and that is an advantage to us not a negative as we will retain a greater percentage of the company,and will allow him to develop the voice server,cyclone,etcwhich can then make fnet the worlds most advanced and desired network by big and smallbusinesses. If this senario works out there is literally no number you can put on this investment.This should be viewed as a logical and very attainable business plan.If it doesnt work then you can call it hype,if it does work out then you can call us wealthy.However, i point out that the 800# is in fact already a huge sucess and may accelerate the fnet scenario.This is why the price movement of the stock should only be the concern of the traders and flippers and not those of us who are investors.Whether the is an announcement coming today is of little consequence in the long run. What is necessary and i have stated this before is beyond the business plan execution: 1-The status of a fully reporting company be attained 2-move to small cap nasd listing 3-move to national nasd 4-pr firm on board 5-regional brokerage house support 6-national brokerage(investment banker) alliance be attained These normal moves are the announcements you should be looking for to unfold over the next year or so to make this a doulbe or triple digit stock not the next hot announcement.
