Fifth Avenue Communications takes different methods depending on
where a stock trades. Bulletin Board stocks are "introduced" to
individual investors (rather than brokers) via FACT CARDS(r) which
give a brief description of a company and offers the full due diligence pkg. We also sponsor our web site and list co. info there.
The FIFTH AVENUE STOCK REPORT is faxed to about 6,000 investors and
"investment professionals" (fund mgrs. stockbrokers, etc.) each
month. Corporate Profiles for each company is researched and
written (updated quarterly). If a client has sufficient budget we
also place news on PR NEWSWIRE (we are an agent) and we will place
news in Investor's Business Daily, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes,
Barron's, etc. However, this is rather expensive and most small
public companies can not afford it or if so not very often. Our
database include about 113,000 individual investors and our investment professionals base is about 12,000. We also can communicate to more than 6,000 mutual fund managers. This is in the U.S. We can promote to about 1,000 accredited investors in foreign countries and to more than 1,100 investment professionals in foreign countries. The short answer to "what do you do" really depends on the budget available. Our standard fee is $5,000/mo. plus out-of-pocket expenses. The smallest out-of-pocket budget would be $2,500/mo. We have had clients who could afford out-of-pocket budgets of $40,000/mo. But that is very rare. For NASD, AMEX, or NYSE companies we target the investment professionals rather than the individual investors.
