MH, If it is a FEDS decision, then yes, it should cover all stocks and for everybody. If it is decision of individual brokerage, they will do whatever they see fit. Raise margin requirement for other stocks which are not as volatile decrease buying power, and decrease the commission they can potentially receive. Its a risk/reward for them. May make sense on regular stocks but not on NUTS. Tim Just my 0.02$
