PanAmerican BanCorp Appoints Mary M. Feder to Vice President of Investor Relations

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 1998--PanAmerican BanCorp (NASDAQ BB: PRWT) announced today that it has appointed Mary M. Feder to the position of Vice President, Investor Relations.

Feder comes to PanAmerican BanCorp from The Long Island Savings Bank where she was Vice President, Investor Relations responsible for founding the department after the Bank's Initial Public offering in April 1994. As part of her responsibilities, Feder developed strategies for communicating with the financial community and the media.

Prior to that, Feder was Manager of Corporate Communications at ImClone Systems, a Manhattan-based biotechnology company. She was responsible for developing the investor relations effort after their initial public offering in 1991 and managing all of the company-wide communications.
