Hey, Abby get a load of this. Crossing Ts and Dotting i's, well, think the best of folks. I hope that they find a partner, I am willing to half half a load rather than be fully loaded. No, I haven;t called in a couple weeks but I suspect that they are doing somthing behind the sceens...the tonnages are emmense...gut says ...time and effort is worth the wait:

December 3, 1998 - JABA Inc. wishes to announce that it is negotiating with
Delta Exploration Ltd. for an extension of the due diligence period
relating to JABA's option to purchase the Sullivan North and Sullivan South
copper properties from them. The companies are already operating on a
verbal extension of the original due diligence period which expired on
October 21, 1998. This further extension will permit JABA to pursue
additional leach testing work as recommended in the Winters Report and
described in JABA's news release of November 4, 1998.
