OT -DISH DBS/Broadcast suit Ouuu goood....My money is still on Charlie! He is da man!!....look what he did to Rupert/News Corp? First he made them bid way $$$$ high on that satellite slot, bagged him on the "Death Star" deal, and then finally agrees to give him a piece of the pie, but 37%,,, not 50% like he could have had if he didn't back out of the "Death Star" deal. If you check their court record I think they have ONE loss in court, so if he is betting on something...I wanna follow his tail and bet alongside IMO. I will summon Noel here from the DISH thread to give us the call on that suit. Noel knows his DISH!!! BTW...I hope this news tanks the stock so I can suck some more up!!!
