It's the usual POST PROPAGANDA.... I hate it, but since I like the company at these prices, I guess I have to get serious about rebuilding a position that I liquidated this summer.... Excerpt: Reporter Kim Hanson notes that Michael Serruya, president and chief executive of Toronto-based Yogen Fruz, would confirm only that a board meeting had been planned for last night to discuss the issue. A hostile bid is certainly something that Yogen Fruz will entertain, according to Mr. Serruya. He says that obviously, Yogen Fruz is disappointed that Eskimo Pie has not accepted the outstanding offer. "When it looks really bad it probably is, but no reward without risk.."
