Comic Relief:

Can you believe TMCO didn't know their symbol was given to Ticketmaster/CitySearch (TMCS)? TMCO had been steady at ~$29 (its previous high) for awhile, then along comes the TMCS IPO, some misplaced Yahoo news clips, and all of a sudden it hits $65. Then, to add insult to injury, savvy shorts saw what was happening and shorted it all the way back down to its close today at ~$25! A bunch of news outlets are picking up the mistake, must be real embarrassing to have a PR like this go out:

Temco Announces Change in Trading Symbol

NEW YORK, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Temco Service Industries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TMCO - news), the building
maintenance and security services company, recently became aware that Nasdaq had changed its trading symbol from TMCS
to TMCO, effective October 7, 1998.

BTW - almost everything internet was down today, except our little Anything Internet partner BANY.

Serious Question - do any of the dividend receiving shareholders know what the plan is for receiving their AI shares? How long do you have to remain a BANY investor, or could you have sold anytime after Nov. 3? This is unclear to me, seems kinda complex.
