Don't bet on it. You said,"at an ecn, it cant trade through you" Herzog,Schwab/MASH, et al are trying to trade through/outside ECN prices. They said something like Trading is based on best efforts only Execution prices may be significantly different from current quotes Quotes they don't intent to honor should not be posted, because they are not quotes, merely their tools of deceptions and thievery? Why don't NASD/SEC force them to step aside when they don't want to honor their quotes, and let all orders go to ECN where the orders will find better executions than through MM(Market Manipulators/Money Makers). Recent events (and not just this week) are such travesties. Entremed, AVCO, BIOMF, ONSL, BAMM etc etc. These greedy thieves exacerbate the volatility. Their thievery undermine the integrity and foundation of our system of capitalism. I myself never did and would never invest in any of these stocks
