Remember that DGIV double topped at $8, which is a Fibonacci number, and the next one is $13.
Chartist will come in again when the old high is penetrated. Bottom fishermen and momentum players are already interested. Also, $10 is psychological, so I think it will be tested. IMHO.
Use your own judgment but we have a run in the making. Then there is the example of EBAY. So there is really no way to be sure how high is up.
