O.K....who's DGIV's new promoter??? Looks like a suckers rally to me. DGIV still has NO financials,, no news of whether the June 30th $1mm receivable was ever collected,, or even if the contracted company ever existed........DGIV is STILL A NOTHING STOCK!!!!!!.....
