Thank for that great reply, Loren. I do appreciate it. I tried to word my post so that no one would respond with "Go away basher" or something like that.

Many moons ago I owned some TSIS around .45/share. Back then the talk was, "If we get the contract with Seagate, we're going to the moon!" I think it was Seagate, but whatever Fortune 500 company it was, they did, in fact, sign on. It didn't seem to matter--the stock barely went up!! I sold out. I kept TSIS on the radar, but as other big names also came on-board in the following weeks/months, I still did not see much appreciation in the share price. Then TSIS experienced some sort of crash and the price was around .30. That may have been when all the OTC were crashing, but still TSIS's stock movement (or lack thereof in some cases) always struck me as bizarre and so I didn't even keep it on my "near radar" any longer.

I check back in now and then to see how TSIS is doing. I love penny stocks but my experience over the last year (which is about all of my experience BTW, so I am new at this) is that one difference between gambling and investing is whether or not the company has decent 10Qs. In other words, only invest in companies that are reporting or else you may find out (too late) that there is a reason they are not reporting!

I'm willing to admit that there are exceptions to the rule and surely TSIS looks like a candidate for that, what with all the Fortune 500 contracts. Still, if the prez of TSIS says that not filing is a hassle or too expensive, I would say that strikes me as highly suspect. I know small companies with far less success than TSIS has had who don't seem to have trouble at all filing a 10SB.

I'll try to keep tuned here because something tells me that something good could happen in the next 6 months or so with TSIS. It's just a hunch really, but I figure that if all is well at corporate HQ, which is my general guess, than sooner or later the stock price will show it.

Well, I've really written more here than I should have. Good luck all. If anyone talks to the company, tell them that it matters to some investors (like me) that the company is not fully reporting as of yet.

Cheers,
Chris
