I doubt Intel would co-develop a codec then invest in the company nor would Microsoft bundle their software onto Win 98 and invest in them if they were smoke and mirrors. I could tell you about the many partnerships they have with top name companies but why waste my time. Nothing may happen until OEM's start shipping with tuner cards and I don't know when that will be, but yes I am in for the long haul and will be amply rewarded. Time will tell.
