Daniel,

Nov. 15 should be the last day that CSCC insiders can sell their stocks. If any insiders sold their holdings on the last day, it looks rather bad sign. As other folks mentioned in their posts, from mid of Nov. till three days after the earning release is so called black-out period. But the rule does not apply to other emlpoyees in CSCC who can sell whenever they want to.
