Boy that's an understatement! I have 50 e-mails from you stating you murdered someone. The police will pick you up in 15 minutes.

There is no way anyone can prove who wrote what e-mail. Oracle just spent millions of dollars to prove this point and the courts accepted it in California against a sexual harassment suit on Larry E. From what I gather, a great deal of people do not or never have told the truth under oath. That why evident is so important.
