Interesting article on some of Java's strengths from NCSA website access.ncsa.uiuc.edu Also there is an article there on Internet2 Qbone project. Discusses QOS for video, voice and teleimmersion. Is teleimmersion similar to telepresence? I think telepresence (a realtime 3d representation of yourself and others in a virtual world) is an interesting concept. JW
