continuing: 7. and maybe most important, efficiency will improve because Ken Forbes is such a nice person, that employees will work their hearts for him--just because they like him and he treats them well--and they want to make him look good so they don't lose him. Forbes is down to earth with not even a hint of arrogance who has each group focused on exactly what they have to do and meets with them WEEKLY to keep them in focus. He is the type of boss anybody would like to work for, and 3 different employees each told me how much they liked and respected him. I'm convinced he will bring out the best in all employees and bond this whole thing together.
