Steve, why do you suppose CSCC insiders are bared from trading after the 18th (that was actually the last day filings were made), and insiders at SHVA, CSCO and XYLN can sell in January? It hardly seems fair that CSCC insiders should have to play by different rules than insiders at ALL their competitors. Wouldn't you agree? What is your source AND WHY DOES IT ONLY APPLY TO CSCC?
