The drop today is related to the announcement of this CD. The stock was doing alright but started tanking soon after the announcement was made. As mentioned earlier, this issue and the one earlier will go a long way in alleviating debt pressures and bring their CF to debt ratio back in line. Investors are concerned about dilution, however they have not considered the big improvement in the balance sheet that will result from this issue as well as the operational problems that plagued their recent results. These problems will be resolved and improve cash flow going forward.
