I never, absolutely never, call a company for information. If I can't get the information I need from reliable, independent sources, then I don't invest in the stock. To be fair, HearX is very good about mailing out annual reports, and each quarter I get a little pamphlet from them (through my brokerage) detailing the quarterly report. The information is redundant for me as I can get all the numbers I need from press releases and Free-Edgar. As I review each press release (or quarterly), I make some notes on a 3x5 card as to what I'm looking for in the next filing. HearX hasn't disappointed me yet. I knew it would be a long haul when I bought the stock, and I'm prepared to hold on for a few more years yet. I am a buy-and-hold type of investor, and my usual minimum outlook is about 5 years.
