I wonder if he saw the results of the proxies and decided to save face and resign rather than get the boot. How many shares do we (collectively those who read and post to this board and Yahoo's board) control? We might have more ability to influence what the company does than we realize. Imagine the possibilities if we put that power to use! On the other hand, maybe his resignation was just a coincidence. Hmmmmm
