Great article on the publishing business in "Gamasutra" written by Omid. I believe his point that "Good publishers should be judged by their distribution strengths and not content alone" applies to THQ, gamasutra.com Also in "Gamasutra" the article titled "Christmas Traditions" by David Jenkins; I saw this and wondered if the unnamed publisher could be someone we know. >>Continuing the strange synchronous relationship with Virgin, Psygnosis - who were also on sale for most of this year, but ended up being reabsorbed by Sony - are also in the news. It seems that in the wake of the upheaval and job losses which accompanied their re-assimilation, six employees have broken off to form their own development studio.
