I agree with Donna. It is ridiculous for a company not to answer the phone with a human being. I'll do a little checking and see if there are other numbers. Also, some of my best investments have come from talking directly with employees of a company. The old swing by the corner cafe and chat at lunch hour, tells reams about a company. Likewise the tone and overall level of phone response tells you a lot about a company too..for example, whether management is paying attention....
