Very interesting information you quoted above, and interesting commentary. I couldn't find the source from where you got the above quote from? Could you point me to it.

I'm totally baffled by it? I thought ANTEC had the technology and the prize? So the statement, "...considerataion to be paid by ANTEC..." is really puzzling? But that Arris deal has always been hard to figure out.
