RAy....you are correct that you should not be " out of contact " if you are daytrading seriously. However...in my case I do not do this for a living ( good thing as my family would be starving )....however I am blessed with a job that does give me quite a bit of freedom to pay attention to the markets and trade. Yesterday I knew I would be out but could not resist picking up the stock under $3.00. If it had tanked I just would have bought more either this morning or yesterday...I had a pretty good feeling that the buy was safe...Now...if I was daytrading yesterday in the true sense of the word..I would have kept raising my stop as she climbed off the low. But I wanted the stock to play out for awhile and thought I had a good chance for a huge run...it didn't happen but I wanted to give it a chance.
