IDTC - My wife uses net2phone to talk for hours to her family in France. Then the account ran out of $ and I tried to add some. Impossible. Kept trying over 10 days or so, no luck. Eventually called and they said my account was blocked and I had to talk to the billing dept. Sent an email with no reply. Sent another telling them I thought the co was crap and i was going to short their stock.

2 months have passed and last week i was able to add $ to my account.

based on my experience i don't think i would ever go long on this company for more than a few minutes.

net2phone works great, but they should be paying better attention to their customers
