Hi Harvey

I read an article in the Dec. 30 Forbes about H & Q bringing in a new CEO for Vanguard and Air South. Since I have been watching it Vanguard has gone from 1.437 to 3.25 in the last week or so. I am wondering if you have any additional information about Vanguard. I have called for an investors packet but it has not arrived yet. I'm trying to find out more information ASAP since VNGD seems to be on the move. I don't want to miss it if it's on its way back to 12.
