The RoadRunner cable modem service now has 160,000 subscribers in the 50 US communities in which it is available. Penetration levels in at least 14 of these communities' areas are exceeding 9%, ahead of the company's expectations. As of September 30, @Home reported 210,000 cable modem subscribers across North America and a 2% penetration rate.
