A cent or two can be very important in pushing a stock over the start line for a breakout. Please check out what this stock did earlier this year (800% increase) after the CCI turned positive in Jan/Feb 1998. tscn.com As I recall some individuals felt that a short squeeze was in the making back then (as they do today).
