Dividend holders could have sold all of their BANY in Early November and still have been receiving their dividend shares. I believe the "record" date was November 3rd....or close to it.

As I remember......there was a slight decline in BANY stock the day after.....but it really did not effect the stock. BANY still holds 800k.....so the bulk of the Anything Internet shares are in the price of the BANY stock.

And I doubt the large block long termers are going anywhere....anyhow. They have followed the business plan and believe that, although the stock has gone a long way......that the best is yet to come.

This is not to say that they will not be shaving off shares as BANY goes up......Taking profits and making sure that one's BANY holdings do not become uncomfortably large is smart......so you should expect and welcome these adjustments. It is healthy for the stock. Weak hands need to give way to the strong.

It is very difficult to turn a trader into a long........but this stock has done it. Many of the folks who post regularly here......and hold rather large positions.....came here as traders. The more DD they did, the more long term their view became.

BANY is a very shareholder friendly company. Insiders hold a big chunk......Look for another Anything Internet dividend next year....seriously......I think this is one way that, without using cash, BANY can reward it's loyal shareholders.

Anyone who is thinking at all about BANY....or picking up Anything Internet as a long term hold......should not listen to me....but should place a call to Yost...Shick....Sitra....Listen to the conference calls. Everyone needs to decide for themselves......but I think these guys are very sharp....and have a great plan.

I could be wrong....I could be right.....The only thing I know for sure....is that I'm going to work. Have a good one.

ps. The critical question on all of these IPOs....is "what multiple of sales are they trading for?".......That is how Anything Internet will be valued. At 4x sales....is Anything Internet discounted big time?
