re: interesting links on "Japanese" banking crisis

These are good articles, but are focused on the related banking crisis in greater East Asia.

Could not find the word "Japan" anywhere :-) However, this may be a "chicken and egg" question. Japan's banks have been a mess for years and most likely made significant contributions to initiating the greater Asian banking crisis.

The more problematic question is what happens to greater East Asia's banking system(s) if Japan's banks implode?
