"They" are the movers and shakers who do the manipulating and "they" obviously feel that at this time, there is money to be made on the short side. Think about it, when WCII was 48 and change "they" were not covering. That tells me something, and that is that "they" exist. I strongly feel that the time to buy is on a major decline, like we've seen on several occasions or when the stock starts to ascend with 5,6,7+ shares for several days in a row.
