Kenneth; Wasn't the earning you are referring to reported in December? Unless I'm wrong this would not be "news" at the shareholders meeting on the 14th. Besides the big drop in share price occured on the 13th. I still don't understand the one day drop of this magnitude. re .01 profit- Isn't this mostly a result of ENZ taking advantage of carry forward tax losses? Having sold Jan. covered calls I also loose as I am unable to sell as stock goes up and then falls back. It has been an interesting few days for ENZ though. Has anyone called ENZ and asked about the rumors? If they say "no comment" then maybe something is brewing. Regards; Steve
