True, but it appears CNBC lawyers are keeping any comment from coming from them. Also, it makes WAVO look like a whiner. Wonder what Cramer is going thru with SEC today.

He really stepped over the line. I have seen him do it too many times. The biggest offense was when he told a guy in his office to place a buy on a stock during the interview. That was a violation of FCC regs on point-to-point communication which TV broadcasting is NOT.
Not to mention SEC regs against insider trading by using CNBC platform to influence large numbers of traders. On stating that "Greenspan does not want WAVO to go up," and talk of shorting it, before even meeting CEO, he violated SEC regs.

CEO is very respected in industry. Cramer used to be.
